BIOGRAPHY

Luke is a working freelance drummer based in Suffolk, UK. He graduated in 2016 with a Degree in BMus (Hons) Professional Music Performance from the Academy of Contemporary Music, where he studied under Pete Riley (Republica, Guthrie Govan), Frank Tontoh (Amy Winehouse, Craig David), and Toby Drummond (Wicked, Billy Elliot, Lion King, Chicago, Jersey Boys). In 2021, Luke received his PGCE qualification and is now a music lecturer at two FE Colleges teaching Music Performance. 

 

He is currently performing with two UK function bands, Into The Sun and Centre Stage

 

Luke's work also includes: musical theatre including playing at the Edinburgh Fringe in August, 2019 (see theatre credits below); live performances crossing a wide variety of genres, dep work, studio recordings, and radio performance with bands.
